Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Penetrating competitive accounts within the region
  • Maintaining and/or gaining market share
  • Communicating with customers daily
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
  • Working closely with clients' sales teams to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Analyzing data and making informed decisions to drive sales growth

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of related experience in the valve industry, preferably with outside sales experience. You should be able to use business software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and have experience with ERP systems.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position with the manufacturing company, offering an estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. The role requires travel up to 40% of the time, both regionally and potentially overnight, depending on personal address.
