Job Title: Medical Device Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Territory Manager to join our team at Rep-Lite. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our innovative medical device solutions in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and sales presentations to educate customers about our medical devices.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or business.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
