About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Director to join our team at Hilltop Holdings. As a key member of our Facilities department, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of our facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Ensure that our facilities are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, including building management, utility services, and construction/design contacts.
  • Space Planning and Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of our physical assets, ensuring that they are optimized for business needs.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to after-hours emergencies and ensure that our facilities are secure and operational at all times.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities management, real estate, telecom, procurement, or other relevant areas is required.
  • Leadership Experience: 3 years of prior experience supervising staff and external vendor relationships is necessary.
