  • Review client strategic plans to determine appropriate staffing levels and manage capital project and operating budget reports.
  • Develop action plans to improve financial positions and manage negotiations for contract services.
  • Meet with client management teams and departments to discuss and resolve discrepancies.
  • Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, including business and key drivers that impact departmental and cross-functional performance.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE's values, persuading managers and colleagues to take action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans.
  • Identify and solve complex, operational, and organizational problems, leveraging resources within or outside the department.
  • Significantly improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of proven experience, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Facility Management certification preferred.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and balance problems.
  • Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Expert interpersonal skills and an inquisitive mindset.
