About the Role

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Director to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and efficient performance of all tasks assigned by the Community Director and Regional Vice President.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all maintenance-related and capital improvement activities within an assigned property, working closely with the Community Director.
  • Inspect, schedule, and perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment as necessary or as directed by the Community Director.
  • Assist management staff in implementing policies, standards, procedures, and programs related to maintenance and upkeep of the property.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, residents, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Satisfy work orders promptly (within 24 hours) and efficiently.
  • Share on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
Requirements
  • 5 years of property maintenance experience.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • HVAC certification and strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
  • Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Own tools.
  • Ability to walk all around the property, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks regularly.
