Beep Inc is seeking a highly experienced and organized Senior Executive Assistant to join their team at the Lake Nona Headquarters in Orlando, FL. The estimated annual salary for this role is around $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Executives Leadership Team Members' calendars, coordinating domestic and international travels, and preparing agendas for meetings.

  • Coordinate and execute Board Meetings and logistics.
  • Schedule customer meetings, internal meetings, and appointments for Senior and Executive Team members.
  • Prepare written summaries of data as required.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and the Beep Caf.
  • Reconcile and submit expenses.
  • Oversee the Corporate Apartment.
  • Coordinate and support all Corporate Events and Social Events.
Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Able to work independently, multi-task, and wear many hats.
Education and Experience

Candidates must have a High school diploma, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Ten plus years of related experience are also preferred.
