Front Desk Coordinator

As a key member of the Clarity Child Guidance Center team, the Front Desk Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Key responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate department or person
Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries
Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
One to three months of related experience and/or training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours
Monday to Wednesday: 9am-6pm
Thursday to Friday: 8am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-3pm (every 2 months)
