Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

At Omni Hotels & Resorts, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to Omni's Moments of Service and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Handle guest issues and forward them to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Train new associates and ensure they are familiar with all technical equipment related to the front desk.
  • Understand the influence and importance of all departments on the front desk and be able to perform all positions in the front office department.
  • Responsible for the training of new associates and ensuring they are equipped to handle various guest scenarios.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Previous hotel experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to clearly communicate (verbal and written) in English with guests, associates, and vendors.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Computer skills (Synergy, Nucleus, Epitome, Vision, GoConcierge, Microsoft Office).
