Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Everlast Brands. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial and customer information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in customer service or office administration preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and QuickBooks, with experience in basic accounting and data entry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
