Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Services and Volunteer Coordinator. This role will provide clerical and project support to the Corps Officer, assist in the management of the Volunteer Program, and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Corps Officer, including answering phones, taking messages, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Volunteer Program, including recruiting, screening, and placing volunteers.
  • Coordinate volunteer activities, including scheduling, supervising, and dismissing volunteers.
  • Assist in the management of volunteer records, including tracking hours, skills, and availability.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions
