Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator

At Brad Hall Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm welcome to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage client waitlists, communicate with clients regarding appointment openings, and reach out to clients who are late or no-shows.
  • Collect cash and credit card payments, maintain up-to-date client account information, and perform various clerical duties.
  • Assist with the orientation process of newly hired mental health professionals, ensure mental health professionals have the appropriate professional profiles on marketing and advertising platforms, and maintain confidentiality of all proprietary company information.
  • Ensure a superior patient experience by embracing the Just 4 Kids mission and values, and treating all with compassion and respect.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
  • Previous reception experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of data processing equipment, personal computer, and other standard machines common to the business office.
Work Environment:

Typically works in an office setting, with frequent use of phone, computer, and office equipment.

Travel:

Up to 10% travel required.

  • High level of organization.
