Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Office Assistant to enhance our operational efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage travel bookings and create detailed itineraries to facilitate smooth off-site engagements.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and photocopying.
  • Maintain security protocols at the front office by overseeing visitor sign-in procedures.
  • Schedule appointments for staff and keep calendars organized and updated.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, relaying pertinent information to the relevant parties.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills, along with effective verbal communication abilities.
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role such as receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service representative is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess basic computer skills.
  • Experience in managing phone communications and resolving challenging situations.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent educational background.
  • Bilingual candidates with fluency in Spanish are highly desirable.
