Overview: We are seeking a Client Application Support Specialist with a strong background in customer service, particularly in a technical environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to learn quickly and adapt to various applications, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications effectively, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Provide support for a range of applications, assisting both internal and external customers.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
  • Work remotely, maintaining a schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST, with some flexibility post-training.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with diverse cultures and time zones is a significant plus.
  • Bilingual abilities, especially in Japanese, French, or Spanish, are beneficial.
