We are seeking a highly skilled Management Consultant to join our team at Pinnacle Government Consulting, Inc. This role will play a pivotal part in driving process improvements and compliance efforts for a DoD Component's Records and Information Management program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Process Improvement Efforts
    • Identify client needs and construct project plans
    • Assess current laws and regulations, evaluate risks and benefits, and document process flows
    • Recommend and design solutions, and implement improvements
  • Manage and Execute Day-to-Day Program Activities
    • Identify, document, and assess requirements and risks
    • Interface with Component records liaisons and other customers
    • Administer and provide subject matter expertise on records management applications
    • Oversee records management execution and complete and review work products
  • Lead or Assist in Administering the Client's Records Management Application
    • Partner with IT personnel to configure, upgrade, and maintain the RMA
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on the RMA
  • Review and Interpret Federal and DoD Records Management Policies
    • Assist in implementing those policies at the DoD Component level
  • Develop and Implement Specific Process Controls and Database Management Tools
    • Focus on electronic document management, retention, and disposition
  • Ensure Proper Disposition of Records
    • Consistent with Government-wide policies and procedures
  • Manage and Execute Records Management Program Activities
    • Document and follow standard operating procedures
    • Track and report metrics, perform systems record entry, and execute tasks
  • Construct High-Quality Deliverables and Briefings
    • Ensure deliverables are properly formatted and produced according to specifications
  • Participate in Company Building Activities
    • Proposal development, constructing white papers, and contributing to internal company initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least four years of related work experience
  • Active Security Clearance
  • Ability to gain and hold a Top-Secret Security Clearance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic work environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
  • DoD consulting experience
  • Experience leading and participating in compliance assessments
  • Ability to construct and coordinate business systems requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of NARA, DoD, or OSD records management policies, directives, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in electronic records management applications, e.g., OpenText, Content Manager, TRIM, and/or M365
