Your Role:

As a consultant focused on process enhancement, you will leverage your knowledge to evaluate how modifications will influence business operations and design. From untapped potential to systemic hurdles, you will provide clients with a comprehensive perspective of their organization, facilitating transformative practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, execution, change management, and facilitation.
  • Experience in planning and executing large-scale projects, including managing events or workshops.
  • Ability to implement frameworks that align with strategy and transformation initiatives in the public sector.
  • Skilled in crafting and delivering persuasive narratives to drive action on critical business decisions and significant change efforts.
  • Secret clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Capability to create presentations and work products using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Certifications in Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Communications, or Performance Management are a plus.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; Secret clearance is essential.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this role and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package.

Work Model:
