Position Overview:

We are seeking an Organizational Transformation Consultant who can pinpoint long-term objectives and establish the necessary processes to reach them.

Your Role:

This position offers the chance to enhance effectiveness and efficiency within public sector organizations. As a consultant focused on process improvement, you will leverage your knowledge to evaluate how changes will influence business operations and design. From uncovering untapped potential to addressing systemic issues, you will provide clients with a comprehensive perspective of their organization, enabling them to refine their practices for optimal outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, change management, and facilitation.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute large-scale projects, including managing events or workshops.
  • Expertise in applying frameworks that align with strategy and transformation initiatives in the public sector.
  • Skill in crafting and delivering persuasive narratives to drive action on critical business decisions and significant change efforts.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ability to create impactful presentations and deliverables using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • A Master's degree.
  • Relevant certifications in Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Communications, or Performance Management.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Work Model:

Our culture prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If the role is onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required.
