Your Responsibilities- Lead engagements and assume ultimate responsibility for high-quality client deliverables.
- Work with clients to articulate complex issues requiring attention and strategize with consultant teams on project approaches.
- Lead project teams by executing work plans, providing direction, timelines, and budget management, and facilitating data-gathering and problem-solving processes.
- Lead meetings and presentations for client leadership.
- Oversee the design and implementation of recommended solutions.
- Coach and mentor staff, write and deliver performance reviews, and assist in recruiting new consultants.
- Contribute to firm growth by identifying and pursuing follow-on and new business opportunities.
- Manage the preparation of complex proposals.
- Establish and share thought leadership and deep subject matter expertise.
- Be a leader within the firm and contribute to the firm's culture and success.
We are looking for a candidate with seven to eight years of progressive experience consulting to healthcare providers and serving hospitals and health systems. You should have a strong knowledge of and passion for the healthcare industry, a demonstrated record of solving complex problems, directing and managing individuals, and completing challenging projects. You should also have a track record of managing multiple engagements, including work plans, deliverables, budgets, and schedules, and accounts receivable. Additionally, you should be recognized as a thought leader through marketing activities such as networking with potential clients, participating in professional societies, and publishing and presenting thought leadership.
What We OfferECG offers an attractive compensation package, challenging work, and an entrepreneurial environment where you can take ownership of your career and get out as much as you put in. The estimated base salary range for this job is $205,000 - $240,000 annually. This job is eligible to participate in ECG's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects ECG's pay-for-performance philosophy. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG's benefit plans, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited PTO, and other wellness programs.
