This role is designed to offer system, process, and training support for a designated portfolio of input financing partnerships, ensuring that productive and profitable relationships are established and nurtured with national, regional, and local agricultural retailers.

The position involves close collaboration with agribusiness partners and retailers to deepen relationships, support the Grower Life Cycle, and enhance platform utilization.

Working across the Compeer Financial organization, this role ensures the effective delivery and management of platform performance, customer service, and a future-focused approach to client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to define program specifics and relay information to IT for necessary configurations.
  • Manage customer user permissions effectively.
  • Conduct audits of dealer accounts and maintain the accuracy of the CRM database.
  • Create training materials including presentations, handouts, guides, and reference documents.
  • Partner with IT to assess and resolve system-related issues.
  • Serve as a liaison to monitor platform utilization and recommend enhancements to optimize usage for clients and their growers.
  • Gather and compile feedback on systems and processes to share with the team for potential improvements to the customer experience.
  • Guide technology platform usage by interpreting dealer feedback and collaborating with IT and other stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing customer support, including the resolution of service-related issues.
  • Address customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Oversee program system setup and track engagement throughout the agricultural season.
  • Assist in identifying enhancements that deliver value to customers and support the growth of their programs.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Associate's degree in business administration or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience within financial institutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Proven experience in implementing programs and processes.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a focus on results.
  • Ability to negotiate and foster deeper relationships.
  • Experience managing significant projects or assignments.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of business trends affecting the agricultural and technology sectors.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, CRM systems, and videoconferencing tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines on complex tasks.
  • Adaptable to changing environments and capable of multitasking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet client needs.
  • Valid driver's license.
