We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Client Relationship Manager to work a standard schedule with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance existing relationships with key strategic accounts.
- Onboard and train clients and internal teams on service level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate effectively with key accounts regarding ongoing projects, work in progress, and reports.
- Recruit and support new strategic partnerships as necessary.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Relationship Development Team (RDT).
The Client Relationship Manager will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities over time, depending on their initiative and performance. This role is dynamic, with functions that may evolve as the business grows.
Essential Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in marketing and customer service is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for relationship building.
- Willingness to sign a 2-year Non-Compete Agreement.
- Sales revenue compared to established goals.
- Year-over-year revenue growth of accounts.
- Skill development in alignment with annual goals.
- Performance aligned with job expectations and company values.
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Foster and grow strategic account relationships based on previous sales performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key commercial accounts to generate new revenue opportunities.
- Set clear expectations with property managers and association managers.
- Train and onboard new and existing accounts.
- Promote the Paul Davis brand through active participation in relevant industry associations.
- Manage and update records in RMS and Salesforce software.
- Maintain and report on the commercial sales budget.
- Collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure a positive client experience.
- Balance field presence with necessary administrative tasks.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
- Assist in recruiting new key accounts that align with company values.
- Support the development and execution of SLAs with new strategic accounts.
- Handle client complaints professionally and promptly.
- Guide project managers in scoping and gathering necessary information for project completion.
- Review documentation from onsite visits and provide feedback to management.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry items for at least 20 feet. Ability to climb stairs while carrying up to 30 pounds and navigate through various environments impacted by water, fire, and smoke damage.
