Job Overview

The On-Premise Customer Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability for assigned customers within their respective markets. This individual will support the Corporate Director of On-Premise and lead contract negotiations with customers to achieve key metrics goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver key metrics goals for assigned customer base by identifying and executing against customer priorities and CCCI initiatives.
  • Develop and establish trusting relationships with customers to influence purchasing decisions and implement Look of Success (LOS).
  • Perform timely business reviews with customers to identify needs and present solutions to management for review and approval.
  • Identify volume trends, brand, package voids, and opportunities for new products.
  • Maintain accountability for preparing and planning an effective process for time spent in the market with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and support.
  • Prepare business reviews for customer presentation and create contract documents for customer signature.
  • Maintain accountability for timely completion of assigned capabilities training courses.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Selling skills or experience with face-to-face interaction.
  • Strong communication skills both electronically and verbally.
  • Strong computer skills for use of technology and devices, proficient in Office, IOS, and other platforms.
  • Strong planning, organization, and administration skills.
  • Ability to strategically drive business growth and profitability.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
