At Advantage Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the grocery industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
