Abbott, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to drive growth and profitability in our Endovascular division.

Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies to attain revenue goals set by the company.

You will work closely with Account Managers to identify and evaluate market opportunities and sales potential to achieve quarterly/annual sales objectives.

The ideal candidate will lead, manage, and coach a team of Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Thrombectomy Territory Managers to deliver business results through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive profitable growth across the Endovascular portfolio.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7+ years of related work experience.
  • Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred background includes prior experience in sales management in the medical device industry.
