">Bridgeway Professionals Inc is seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales to lead the Western Region Analytical Instruments business unit. This role will be based in Los Angeles and involve managing a team of sales representatives and product specialists.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 per annum, with an additional 20-30% bonus.
Job Description:
- Manage and develop a team of field and inside sales representatives along with product specialists to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales and Service, Eastern Region to align sales goals and objectives.
- Support the team on daily activities and provide guidance on sales tactics and customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience, including previous direct sales experience, preferably in analytical instrumentation or technical capital equipment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and train sales teams.
- Excellent organization and adaptability skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-evolving environment.
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Availability for up to 50% overnight travel.
- A valid driver's license and passport.
