Job Summary

The Regional Director of Cardiovascular Sales and Development will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Southern California region. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and experience in sales and marketing.

The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, manage and coach a team of sales representatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the Southern California region.
  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive business results.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
