About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Sales Director to join our team at The Solutions Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and building relationships with attorneys and leading law firms in the Los Angeles territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our business in the Los Angeles market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys and law firms through regular meetings and communication
  • Process inbound leads and make outbound calls to attorneys (30% Inbound / 70% Outbound)
  • Fund unassigned marketing leads with lapsed attorneys in the region (50%)
Requirements
  • College degree required
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience with strong outbound calling and a history of success
  • Proven success in closing B2B sales over the phone to C-Level executives and/or decision makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong aptitude to listen
