Product Manager - Customer Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in a related field is essential.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies.

Professional Experience:

  • 3-6+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B marketing technology, omnichannel digital retail, or CRM systems.
  • 3-6+ years of experience in Product Development for consumer-facing platforms, email service providers, CRM systems, or digital products, preferably in Omnichannel retail, with a proven history of launching new product features successfully.

  • Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of meeting critical deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Execution-oriented; able to maintain focus and inspire others to operate efficiently.
  • Diverse background enabling cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, and marketing.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee a product roadmap for the Customer Marketing team, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, product requirements, and the competitive landscape.
  • Define, design, and lead the development and management of features and functionalities for customer marketing experiences and technologies.
  • Achieve outcomes through collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization, including information technology and external vendor partners.
  • Establish and benchmark KPIs for business case development and prioritization.
  • Work alongside other product managers, solutions architects, and enterprise support functions to ensure seamless integration of customer marketing technology with broader enterprise systems.
  • Manage the roadmap effectively, balancing enhancements, new capabilities, and strategic technology requirements for maximum impact delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Continuously assess and report on KPIs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Define business requirements, craft user stories, and maintain a prioritized backlog to support the roadmaps and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and User Acceptance Testers to ensure that the delivered product aligns with business objectives and launch criteria.
  • Conduct pre/post-launch analyses to evaluate and report on product performance metrics.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the company's policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Responsibilities may evolve; team members may be required to undertake additional duties as assigned.
