Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of residential electrical service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate and schedule service calls, installations, and maintenance projects to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  • Electrical Work: Perform hands-on electrical work, including troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential buildings.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to specifications.
Requirements
  • License: Must have a Residential Wireman or Journeyman License at minimum.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to read blueprints and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Experience: Previous supervisor experience is a plus, and 2-4 years of experience in residential electrical work is required.
  • Qualifications: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen, and have a clean driving history.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay: USD $16.00/Hr. - USD $18.00/Hr.
