Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

Assemble and construct projects according to customer specifications by utilizing wiring diagrams, schematics, work orders, and provided images. Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to production schedules for all projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assemble projects to meet customer specifications.
  • Support the production team during various assembly phases.
  • Deliver a complete project from initiation to completion under the guidance of the Production Manager.
Additional Requirements:
  • No color vision deficiencies.
  • Ability to interpret various manufacturing drawings, including schematics and layouts.
  • Proactively engage with colleagues to seek clarification.
  • Effectively communicate and interact with all organizational levels and vendors, demonstrating strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficient use of hand and power tools.
  • Basic understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
Qualifications

Education/Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Combination of education and experience may be considered.
Recommended Experience:
  • Familiarity with Eclipse software.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical theory.
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical multimeters.
Environment
  • Workload and job requirements may vary based on project opportunities and deadlines, requiring flexibility.
  • Position is based in a warehouse/shop environment, collaborating closely with various teams.
  • Requires a well-organized individual with strong analytical skills and adherence to best practices.
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently with minimal supervision is essential.
Occasional travel may be necessary for client onboarding or field service tasks.
