Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails with clients.
  • Organize incoming mail and oversee outbound mailings.
  • Maintain the office environment, including conference rooms and office supplies.
  • Assist partners and team members with various administrative tasks.
  • Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including invoice entry and payment applications.
  • Facilitate client onboarding across software systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to manage tax, accounting, and audit documentation.
  • Prepare, review, and upload client engagement letters and financial documents.
  • Process tax return assemblies and e-filing using tax software.
  • Contribute to our social media initiatives through various marketing platforms.
Position Details:

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of office experience.
  • Experience in client service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud for document editing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a CPA firm supporting tax, audit, or accounting departments.
  • Familiarity with tax, accounting, and financial terminology.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
