The **Human Resources Program Coordinator** will play a crucial role in managing the company's milestone recognition initiatives, supporting recruitment activities, and overseeing the administrative components of training programs. This position is responsible for various HR administrative tasks, including file management, reception duties, HRIS system maintenance, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the administrative processes related to HR and external training.
  • Manage the distribution and tracking of essential notices and documentation for employees.
  • Administer the milestone recognition program.
  • Input data and generate reports from training software.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and HR-related training sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain new employee files, ensuring all paperwork is organized.
  • Provide daily coverage for the reception area, including lunch breaks and time off.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment efforts.
  • Handle vendor registration documentation and contracts.
  • Update HR databases, including Ultipro, to ensure accurate information.
  • Support the processing and tracking of invoices and budget monitoring in assigned areas.
  • Complete monthly reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Participate in special projects and assist colleagues with various tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. A minimum of one year of office experience, ideally in Human Resources, is necessary.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Ultipro, is preferred, along with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of executing assigned tasks independently. Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities are essential.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% may be required.
