Job Overview:

The role involves a comprehensive review of all new Direct and Indirect customer setups within Revitas MODEL N FLEX, ensuring accurate member eligibility. It is essential to maintain precise Classes of Trade for each customer and geographic area, facilitating downstream reporting, internal analytics, and sales segment reporting to meet sales objectives and adhere to Government Pricing regulations.

Additionally, the position requires collaboration with the Contracts, Pricing, and Rebates team to ensure effective implementation and ongoing management of brand and generic contracts and rebates within MODEL N FLEX. Coordination with the Brand team is also necessary to integrate all brand strategies and agreements into the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales analytics on customers and Classes of Trade to support management in achieving brand and generic sales targets.
  • Work closely with the Customer Administration Audit team for audit and analytics reviews of indirect customer analysis.
  • Deliver quarterly analytics on wholesaler trends and membership metrics to management.
  • Support the group lead/manager with backup responsibilities and other assigned tasks as needed.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in class of trade assignments.
  • Experience with 340B Review and determining eligibility.
  • Strong knowledge of the Flex membership environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Attention to detail and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Self-motivated and organized.

Travel Requirements:

Some travel may be necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Work from the office 2-5 days per week, in accordance with company policy.

Functional Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
