We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Specialist to become a vital part of our team.

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with one closing shift per week from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Fridays from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Alternative shifts may include 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The Healthcare Customer Service Specialist will play a crucial role in welcoming patients, managing patient records, and providing essential support to both patients and healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include:
  • Exhibiting a strong work ethic and embodying the principles that have led to a 95% patient satisfaction rate.
  • Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and organization while addressing the needs of the audience.
  • Demonstrating focus and determination in all tasks, prioritizing the success of the care center and patient outcomes.
  • Complying with business conduct standards and regulatory requirements.
