Customer Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Training Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our Global Sustainment team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of technical publications and training for our RMS-C6ISR programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality training materials, including instructor-led training and course content, to ensure that our customers have the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain our systems.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal stakeholders, including training and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in our industry and apply this knowledge to improve our training programs and services.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, instructional design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a technical or aerospace industry.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address training needs and gaps.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Active Top-Secret clearance (TS/SCI) required.
- Professional writing experience, including editing and proofreading.
- Network training experience.
- Logistics engineering skills.
- Air Defense and Mission Planning experience.
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) Communications and Command & Control (C2) systems.
- Experience working with engineering personnel in determination of system capabilities and schedules.
- Experience in planning and conducting training for product end-users and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile software development processes.
- Experience developing operations or maintenance training for complex electronic systems.
