Job Summary: As a Customer Service Associate at Wawa, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Operate the cash register, scan items, and handle different methods of payment.
- Stock food and beverage areas with products and supplies to ensure a well-stocked and organized store.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
