Position Overview:
We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to support our operations. The role involves engaging with patients, managing patient records, and assisting both patients and medical personnel.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including one closing shift per week from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Fridays from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and contribute to a 95% patient satisfaction rate.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and organization while addressing audience needs.
- Maintain focus on the success of the care center and patient outcomes.
- Comply with business conduct standards and regulations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and business demands.
- Demonstrates flexibility and composure in a dynamic environment.
- Possesses excellent customer service skills.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, innovative setting.

- Available to work 40 hours per week across multiple practice locations as required.
