Job OverviewSpectronics Corporation is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to support existing business and continue to work on new opportunities in the USA and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share in the leak detection category.

The role requires unlimited travel to industry shows and events, including field work/training with customers and the Tracer Products Independent sales representative network. A flexible work location on or off-site is available, and quarterly HQ visits are required.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the leak detection category.
  • Maintain business and relationships with customers in the United States and Canada.
  • Prepare and conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events, live and virtual.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years selling experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent presentation and one-on-one selling skills.
  • Tech-savvy, including Virtual meetings.
  • Detailed-oriented.
  • Possess the ability to work independently.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & Microsoft Office Suite.
