Job Summary

PROTECH IT GROUP INC is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to manage customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and create detailed sales quotes and proposals to meet customer needs.


Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Quote and Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed sales quotes and proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and benefits of our products and services.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge and Communication: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team, technical staff, and other departments to ensure customer requirements are met and proposals are accurate and compelling, and track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to the Sales Director.
