Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated Client Engagement Coordinator.

In this position, you will serve as the initial contact for families seeking support, playing a vital role in facilitating access to essential services for children with autism.

The Client Engagement Coordinator should possess a genuine passion for assisting others, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions.

This role involves guiding families through the intake procedure and gathering the necessary documentation and forms required for scheduling assessments and tours.

Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and providing families with information about our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar client-oriented position.
Responsibilities

Key Duties:
Act as the primary contact for families in need of assistance and support them in navigating the intake process
Manage incoming calls from potential clients' parents
Gather required documentation and forms for service authorization
Input and organize prospective client data and received documentation into various electronic systems
Respond to inquiries about our services and educate families on the most suitable treatments for children with autism
Coordinate appointments/tours and collaborate with teams across different locations
Assist clinical teams in collecting background information on prospective clients prior to assessments or tours
Engage with billing and clinical teams through regular meetings or as necessary
Follow up with families post-tours to gather feedback and outline next steps
Perform additional tasks as required
Desired Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor's degree or higher
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Capacity to communicate with empathy
Strong time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Flexibility to adapt to change
Basic & Physical Requirements
Manual dexterity to perform specific functions on computers and electronic devices
Visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through various means
Ability to maintain prolonged periods of computer work while seated

Employment Type:
Full Time

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
