In this role, you will serve as the primary contact between our company and our existing and prospective contractors. The ideal candidate will possess a charismatic personality and the ability to establish a positive rapport quickly. Your responsibilities will include nurturing relationships with a diverse range of contractors, ensuring that DRIRITE becomes their preferred partner in times of need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain relationships with vendors and contractors within the designated region.
- Conduct remote meetings with contractors, focusing on business-to-business interactions.
- Assess potential clients to determine their suitability for our services and referral programs.
- Oversee marketing strategies and participate in significant marketing events in the area.
- Regularly engage with referral partners through value-added interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for enrollment, job completion, and revenue generation.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities.
- Achieve and surpass established goals for weekly, monthly, and yearly performance.
- Promote our company and brand professionally through face-to-face engagements.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
- Establish and maintain monthly marketing routes.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Strong capacity for independent thinking and innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Experience in business development and account management.
- Proficient in utilizing technology and managing relevant equipment and software.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
