About the Role

As an Engineering Staffing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for initiating and conducting introductory meetings with potential and current strategic engineering hiring partners. You will observe client sites, conduct research on hiring market and skill set supply/demand, and develop loyal relationships with clients. Your goal will be to qualify partnership potential and gain commitment from executives/decision-makers, engineering directors, and engineering managers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead and educate a team of specialized engineering recruiters
  • Implement organization and delivery systems to establish best time management and most efficient processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (not required)
  • 2+ years of staffing sales or engineering recruiting experience in business-to-business sales
  • Solutions-oriented, consultative, and strategic sales approach
  • Ability to build long-term sales relationships with stakeholders
  • Passion for connecting talented people with meaningful careers
