Are you a sales professional looking to leverage your skills in the engineering staffing space? Do you have a passion for building long-term relationships with stakeholders and driving growth in the industry?

We're seeking a highly motivated and competitive Engineering Staffing Account Executive to join our team at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for initiating and conducting introductory meetings with potential and current strategic engineering hiring partners, observing client sites, and developing loyal relationships with executives and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify partnership potential and gain commitment from executives and decision-makers
  • Lead, educate, and train a team of specialized engineering recruiters
  • Implementation of organization and delivery systems to establish best time management and most efficient processes
  • Be that 'CEO' of a given sales region

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
  • 2+ years of staffing sales or engineering recruiting experience in business-to-business sales
  • Solutions-oriented, consultative, and strategic sales approach
  • Ability to build long-term sales relationships with stakeholders
