Staffing Account Executive

At Medix, we're dedicated to connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities. As a Staffing Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving our mission forward.

This is a sales-focused role, but we're open to candidates with or without staffing and recruiting experience. With initial recruitment training, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a B2B Account Executive role.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Industry Training

  • Identify qualified candidates through various creative outlets, such as job boards, networking groups, and social media.
  • Assess candidates through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with potential qualified candidates via phone and email communications.

Sales Training

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas.
  • Generate sales leads and set new meetings with potential clients.
  • Build strong networks throughout your assigned territory by joining associations, networking groups, and leveraging social media.
  • Assist in the development of recruiters.

Hybrid Work Model: 4 days a week in the office for the first year in the role and 3 days after the first year.

Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission and Quarterly Bonuses.
