Job Title: Guest Experience Event Staff Supervisor

At Monumental Sports & Entertainment, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Experience Event Staff Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our fans have an unforgettable time at Capital One Arena.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise event staff and manage crowd flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings to communicate important event information to team members.
  • Enforce event policies and procedures to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure seamless event operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exemplify a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work a majority of arena events year-round, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
