Key Responsibilities:
As the Front Office Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the daily activities of the Front Office team to enhance revenue and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Your primary duties will include:
  • Assisting in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff, while fostering a culture of open communication and addressing any personnel issues as they arise.
  • Supervising guest service representatives, PBX operators, bell staff, and transportation personnel during your shift.
  • Implementing company policies and managing daily Front Desk operations to adhere to established standards, optimize revenue, and inspire team members to deliver outstanding service.
  • Addressing guests' special requests and concerns, ensuring their needs are met to promote satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
  • Maintaining composure during high-pressure situations, serving as a role model for team members, and resolving customer complaints through thorough investigation and effective solutions.

  • The physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods while monitoring the front desk area.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports on room availability and revenue.
  • The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with associates and guests.
