The Logistics Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Twin Rivers Technologies' logistical processes. This position is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, as well as coordinating with various departments to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Safety
    • Ensure that all employees and subcontractors adhere to safe practices and protocols.
  • Performance Management
    • Support and achieve individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and address any underperformance.
  • Logistics Planning and Coordination
    • Collaborate with Shift Supervisors, Materials Management, and Customer Service to plan and schedule production, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
    • Coordinate material flow from receipt to storage and delivery, adhering to quality and regulatory standards.
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure accurate and efficient use of Twin Rivers Technologies' order and inventory management systems (SAP).
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with Plant Materials Management to enhance logistical processes and efficiency.
