Gpac is collaborating with a prominent national protein supplier to fill a critical role for an **Industrial Maintenance Supervisor** at one of their processing plants. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a leading egg production company with diverse operations across the United States.

Position Overview: The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations at the facility, directly reporting to the Plant and Complex Managers. This position requires a seasoned professional with a solid background in food processing or manufacturing maintenance, coupled with leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all maintenance functions within the processing facility.
  • Ensure peak performance and minimal downtime of all machinery and equipment.
  • Establish and execute maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and installation of machinery, tools, and equipment.
  • Lead and mentor maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance within a food processing facility.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, large capital equipment, and automated controls.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000, with potential for performance bonuses.
