Overview:
Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking to elevate your career? Our client in the food production sector is in search of a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee operations at one of their facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated maintenance team.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial electronic and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure the upkeep of refrigeration systems, forklifts, conveyors, and various electrical production machinery.
  • Manage the repair and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • Oversee maintenance activities for all material handling equipment, ensuring timely servicing.
  • Adhere to established GMP standards and maintain SOP compliance.
  • Direct daily operations and tasks for maintenance personnel.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, PLCs, and precision measuring instruments effectively.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management for enhancing maintenance operations.
  • Address and troubleshoot hydraulic and conveyor machinery issues.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in a relevant role with experience in industrial food or beverage maintenance.
  • High School Diploma / GED is required.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience managing maintenance mechanics.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is advantageous.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical and mechanical expertise.
  • Prior experience leading a maintenance team.
  • Ability to maintain GMP standards and lift weights ranging from 50 to 75 lbs.
  • Hands-on experience with robotic machinery and PLCs for packaging equipment.
  • Capability to work in varying temperature environments.
  • Electrical knowledge up to 480V 3-phase, along with PC/software skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
