Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Lynn Buss - State Farm Agent. As an Account Development Representative, you will play a key role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to learn how to market products and manage a business first-hand while participating in our focused program to develop and enhance your skills and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • People-oriented.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Ability to conduct interviews in the office.
  • Knowledge of life products.
  • Bilingual - Spanish Required.
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently).
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Our Training Program Includes

  • Setting sales and growth goals.
  • Working closely with the agent to gain an understanding of the agent's role and office logistics.
