About the Role

Vectra is seeking a highly skilled MSSP Account Representative to lead our efforts in developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for our Managed Security Services (MSSP) program in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute MSSP Sales Strategy: Expand Vectra's MSSP sales strategy from the ground up, assessing existing partner programs and developing new partner relationships to drive high-leverage net new revenue streams.
  • Channel GTM Strategy: Be responsible for the end-to-end channel GTM strategy, including MSSP recruitment and partner readiness.
  • Business Development: Build a clear vision for the team and broader organization by building a detailed, well-defined strategy and execution plan aligned to the fiscal year priorities and revenue growth targets.
  • Operational Planning: Define the operational plan for the MSSP business, inclusive of systems, processes, and people.
  • Partner Enablement: Assist in crafting and running MSSP workshops with potential partner prospects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across Marketing, Sales, BD, and Product to drive a proactive cross-functional strategy and to advocate and influence Partner needs.
  • Partner Profitability: Understand our partners' businesses and develop strategies and incentives to make them more profitable through our partnership.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and conduct sales and technical training for partners.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with our internal services leadership to define an approach for scale through other delivery and knowledge partners.
  • Market Development: Help build America's MSSP strategy and coverage plan.
Requirements
  • Channel Leadership Experience: Demonstrated multifaceted channel leadership experience across a variety of partner types.
  • MSSP Program Management: Proven experience building and managing MSSP's programs and partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning: Demonstrable track record of success in worldwide partner strategic planning, owning and delivering on sales targets.
  • SaaS Experience: Experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members.
  • Talent Development: Record of recruiting, inspiring, and enabling the success of top talent.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand new business models and grow an MSSP organization from an early stage onwards.
