Job Summary:

Stericycle is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating incremental revenue through inbound and outbound sales calls, targeting Small and Medium (SMB) existing customers and new prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business needs analysis and develop appropriate service solutions for customers/prospects.
  • Focus sales activities on value-added service lines such as After-hours answering services, Automated appointment reminders, and other revenue-generating activities.
  • Retain customers that are considered 'at risk', have been identified as potential lost business, or have requested cancellation of service with Stericycle.
  • Determine customers' needs/requirements and negotiate an appropriate resolution by right sizing, price adjustments, and/or resolving service quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

What We Offer:

  • $40-$45K Base salary + Uncapped monthly commission.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and employee stock purchase plan.

Work Environment:

The Inside Sales Representative will be required to work in our Downtown Chicago (Riverside Plaza) location, with a minimum of 4 days per week. The hours for this role will be Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM CST.
